“Las voces del GPS” at CentroCentro Madrid

“The voices of the GPS”, a project curated by Paula García-Masedo and María Rogel, emerges from a research context generated ex-profeso for the meeting between architecture and choreography. Team pairs of both disciplines have worked on a selection of events that occurred during car trips in the decades of 2000 and 2010.

From this real news, a joint investigative process has been developed that ends with a series of proposals in room, hybrid between the choreography and the installation. Other pieces, outside of CentroCentro, circulate in a car with driver. Crash crash crash crash. The exhibition is a journey through events, oscillating between the reality of the installations of the exhibited pieces and the world of fiction in which we live. (more…)
