In parallel with the initial program focusing on housing, the issues related to the workplace were also the subject of another program, entrusted by Bordeaux Métropole to the Fab in 2016. The aim is to renew the architectural and urban quality real estate business, strengthen the role of productive activities in the area, facilitate the purchase and rental of business spaces and innovate in programming and processes.

The combination of these two programs, although their temporality and the level of their implementation different, draws some fundamentals on which the exhibition wishes to emphasize: to live and / or work in quality spaces, accessible financially and in terms of mobility, with nature as an essential element of the project developed.
