Cuisine, as well as architecture, is a matter of color, form, taste, matter. The space surrounding us while we eat seems just as important as the food we fin on our plate: the sounds, the smell, the lighting… all of them are equally important element that affect our perception on our meals. “Espaces Alimentaires”, the latest exhibition at WAAO Lille, focuses on the relationship and connections between the gastronomical product, transmission, the chef and architectural space, presenting over thirty different projects of restaurants and gastronomical-related spaces from all around the world.
